振动平台的组成：

1、振动平台主要由支架、台面、振动机构、减震机构四部分组成.在振动机构的带动下做横向、纵向、上下等做三维振动，因此也被称为三维振动平台。

2、三维振动平台的振动机构主要由若干台振动电机、传动板构成，振动电机的数量一般为偶数，如4、6、8、10等，振动电机的型号决定了三维振动平台的主要技术参数。

3、三维振动平台的减震机构主要由减震弹簧组成，共分为橡胶弹簧、复合弹簧、气垫弹簧等几种。

振动电机是在转子轴两端各安装一组可调偏心块，利用轴及偏心块高速旋转产生的离心力得到激振力。振动电机广泛的应用在水电建设、火力发电、冶金、轻工等工业部门。振动电机振动频率范围大，只有激振动力与功率配合得当才能降低机械噪音。振动电机有按起动与运行方式分类、按运转速度分类等六种分类。

    JZO振动电机为三相380V,50HZ异步电动机，封闭自冷式、卧式安装，在连续工作时对周围环境要求很高，要保证周围空气中不得含腐蚀性及爆炸性气体，环境温度不得超过40度，以免造成振动电机烧毁。
