本机适用于圆桶的码垛。广泛应用于润滑油行业。自动化程度强，生产能力大，应用范围广、占地面积小。
电器控制部分则由PLC可编程电脑程序控制器，变频调速器组成，集成度高，控制能力强，运行可靠。
应用触摸屏技术，使机器的操作更可靠、方便，人机界面更加友好。光电传感器、气动元件等采用的都是的传感元件，使机器的机电一体化得到了的表现。
码垛桶数可通过触摸屏进行设置。
本机关键机械传动部位采用了机电一体化保护装置。机器在运行过程中有任何异常，都会自动停机报警，触摸屏自动提示机器异常部位。
